One of my students asked an interesting question and I am not sure how to answer it. The question is, is it possible to introduce Uncle Milton harvester ants to and caught harvester ant queen?

If coincidentally both the workers and the queen came from the same colony then yes, you can introduce them. But if both ants came from different colonies then the workers will kill the queen.
