Species Identification

Could anyone identify the ant species in my video?

ID requests require a location, measurement, and preferably a photograph. Assuming these ants are from Indiana, I would say they look a lot like Prenolepis imparis.

These ants were found in central Minnesota, approximately 6mm in length, and I quickly got out my camera and filmed before realizing later that a squirrel had taken the ants' food so I couldn't take a photograph.

Did you actually measure them? That sounds too big.

Looks like Prenolepis imparis . If you live in North America, at least.
