Are my queens stressed?

I just caught some solenopsis invicta queens 3 days ago and I've been checking on them everyday. is it that bad?
My colonies:
The Gunslingers (Solenopsis Invicta)
The Black Devils (Camponotus pennsylvanicus)

Yes that is bad. That is way too much once or twice a week is plenty.
