Mites?

So hello everyone im sorry if this question is not for this forum but i think fhat AntsCanada forum is the place where i will get some answers. I have made a small outworld for my messor colony. Though the colony is still very yong for it I wanted for some helpfull bacteria to develop there before i move the ants. After a month or so i saw a huge population of microscopic organisms and tought they are mites. They are mostly on dead mealworm bodies and other vegetables so can i get an answer wether they will be harmfull or helpfull to the messor colony when i introduce it to the outworld?(for some reason i can not add an image. Says file too large. Basically the y are tiny and white and do what i said above.)
