URGENT FOUND AN ANT NEST

I need help i found and ant nest in a old log and i dug around and saw the opening to the queen and eggs. I would like to capture this colony and would like to know how with out hurting the queen.

Carefully break away pieces of the log. Grab the queen as she comes out, and pick up the brood very carefully (one by one if you have to).
