Hi there everyone,
I'm new to ants farm Canada and thought I would say hello by asking the following question.
I have some harvester ant queens I caught this week and I'm in limbo weather I should leave them in the test tubes or a jars with dirt? Any advise from experienced individuals would be very welcome.
Thanks,
Ryan

Re: Harvester Ant queens
Keep them in the testtube and wait for the colony to grow some more. Give them some seeds like dried dandelion seeds and they will be happy to go.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
