Hello!
I've finally moved back from the East Coast and since I don't intend to move outside of the province again so I figured it would be a good time to maybe start trying my hand at ant keeping! I studied science but my main focus was geology and not biology, that being said I've always had an interest in animals. I've always loved ants, thought it wasn't until I got my hands on a few ant books and a handful of excellent documentaries that my interest really blossomed. After finding AntsCanada and realizing I could keep ants and not work in an ant lab, I was determined that one day I would have my very own colony!
I haven't gone ant collecting yet this year, but I intend to start heading out once I gather some materials!
