New ant keeper
Hello all I am a perspective ant keeper and looking for some ant knowledge. I am living in mid Michigan and wondering if anyone on here knows what would be a good starter species for a beginner ? I’m looking for an easy to maintain colony but also a unique or uncommon species to watch and help grow
Re: New ant keeper
I am partial to Camponotus sp. though I am biased of course. They're something to look at and hard to miss due to their size. However they're slow to grow at first, so it takes patience.MAsk926 wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 4:12 pmHello all I am a perspective ant keeper and looking for some ant knowledge.
