Camponotus Eggs not hatching

I caught a camponotus queen and it payed eggs about 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t hatched and I’m wondering if this is normal and if it isn’t what can I do to fix it?

it could be your checking on her too much just leave her alone in a dark place for a week and then check.

Yeah I think you’re right I’ve been checking on her a lot I guess I’m just excited

Dude, it takes 8 weeks for the eggs to become a worker.

Dude, it takes 8 weeks for the eggs to become a worker.
No not all the time. My current Camponotus colony took almost six weeks to go from egg to worker.

Well yes it is normal, it depends on the specie you catched. I got a Camponotus too, and the eggs went through all metamorphosis almost in 12 weeks. So don't worry and just be patient.

I think i missed camponotus flight. im jealous..lol. Ill have to buy a queen from GAN then hibernate her.
