I just found this queen ant today and I really have no idea of what species she could be? It would be very nice if someone could share some of there knowledge on that and maybe some caring tips as well?

A
Lasius umbratus queen which flew last fall. A social parasite, she will need to be introduced to young workers of another
Lasius species before she can start her own colony.

Larvae help, but I can attest that they aren't a requirement.
