Well, only been here for a few moments and I have a feeling some features are missing from this forum.
Allowing us to use [s]strikethrough[/s] text and links would be nice, but those permissions are off for the average user.

Options are earned in these forums, also url's are on but you have to use the buttons above the chat windows. Your red arrow on the right of your screen shot shows the URLS off, Well so is mine. But if you use the command buttons above the chat window it allows the posting of url links. The reason it is off is that it keeps bots from doing auto postings with the same pre formatted text in a dozen posts. You have to hit the above URL2 button manually. Pre formated web based posting of text is not going to be turned on as a level of protection against spam and such. Simply put, if you can't type it out it doesn't need to be seen.
