We could do a guess the species game, someone posts an image of an ant and reply with the species you think it is
Already a thing. I'll link it
https://buthidae.pics/
You have to filter though so its just ants
When you accidentally reply to yourself…

Oh, really? Then I'll start. Let's start simple then slowly get harder.
You call that easy?!? Probably easy for you because you live there.
Also how do you put a photo in your post?
No, I don't live where this ant is found. In fact this ant's genus is very well known. If it's still too hard here's a hint: it lives in Central and South America. Maybe genus is easy, species is probably hard, here's another hint for species: species name has something to do with number 8. If this is too hard I'll post something easier soon.
Right click on the picture and select "copy image address", and then paste it and highlight the text then click "insert image", preview the post to see if it worked out.
Oh... I don't know the scientific name, but is it a leaf cutter ant?
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

Yes. In case you don't know, this one is
Acromyrmex. After thinking about it, it does seem this is too hard for some people so I'll just say the answer which is
Acromyrmex octospinosus.

The only problem with this is copyright unless you use your own pictures.
It's only a copyright issue, if you make money with this and if you don't credit the people. You could ask the people if you can use the pictures.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

You need a link that ends with .jpg, .png, etc. or a link that points to a picture. Then you put it between the img brackets and with preview you can check.
