I have a camponotus pennsylvanicus colony. 1 queen, 4 workers, 4 pupae, about 45 eggs and larvae. The queen and workers have these red dots perfectly centered in there mouths and when they open their mouths little hairs(possibly legs) move from under the chin. I don't want my colony to possibly die so please tell me these aren't mites. If they are, how do I get rid of them?

Also, she seems very weak and red stuff is coming out of her abdomen. Red liquid. Could it possibly be a desease?

From the description it sounds like just the mouth of a normal ant as it is how it looks like. But picture would help if there are actually mites
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony

The little hairs are the ants' mouthparts, that is what they use to eat stuff. I don't know what the red stuff coming out of her abdomen is but it might be a parasite.
