My queen laid her first 3 eggs and I was wondering if I should give her a sugary substance and if it would be beneficial?

You can give her a tiny tiny drop of honey now and then not feed her until her first worker arrives.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
