Ant Queen Housing in Ant Tower
I know that naturally queen ants will create a nesting chamber in the ground. Would it work to put a queen directly into an AntsCanada Ant Tower?

There are two methods to raise a queen/founding colony: Test tubes or let her make her own founding chamber in soil: https://youtu.be/1QCWxtjZMJ8. So yes that will work.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
