Should I merge my Pheidole queens early on?

Can someone please help with my situation? I have just recently captured 3 Pheidole queens and I was wondering if I should merge them early on or if I should wait or not merge them at all? I could really use some help with this problem!

What species are they some will raise their colony together peacefully but others will fight after the nanitics have arrived

I live in Hervey Bay and I caught them around March but I don’t know how to post a photo
