Help i don`t know what to do

hello and i have reacently caught a ant queen and have been putting her in the test tube setup but she dindt shed her wings so i am clue less and think she has`nt been fertilised pls help

Just because a queen doesn't shed her wings does not mean she isn't mated. Some queens that are unmated sometimes shed their wings, and mated queens sometimes keep their wings. Even if she lays eggs, there is almost no way to say for sure whether she is mated.
