Formica Cinerea colony no eggs after a month

So I've bought formica cinerea colony 1 month ago. It consists of 1 queen and 10 workers. They live in a testtube setup connected to foraging area. I've been feeding them pieces of spiders, egg yolk and honey.

Around 30 days have passed and so far there are no eggs. Should I be worried? Is it because it's autumn here? I live in Poland. Or it's too early to tell anything and I'm worrying too much?

Could you help me with something? My queen layed eggs but she hasn’t put them together. They are scattered across the test tube

Your ants are likely preparing for hibernation. Formica do not hibernate with their brood.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Then she probably isn't fertilized.

Do Camponotus keep their brood over the winter?

I've never heard of any species of Camponotus that don't overwinter their brood.
