Pogonomyrmex help

I hope everyone is having a terrific day, I am here because I caught a pogonomyrmex Salinus Queen (to my extent due to there only being two native species in Idaho) and I have her in a little formicarium with a water tower built in and digging sand. I believe it was around July 15th when I caught her and I haven’t seen any workers still. I have a heating cable and am sure to hydrate the water tower just am a little worried. I currently have Tetramorium as wel but Pogo has always been a favorite so I’d like some tips to bring her colony into fruition. I hope you all have a great day!!

You could try brood boosting from a wild colony. (Just be sure to wear gloves!)

No need. I have pogos and novomessors currently caught around the same time. I just found the first pupae. Just be patient and offer protein and sugar water or honey in a outworld close to the entrance of the nest. Her or her workers will find the food when they're ready. Don't worry about seeds until there's several workers to handle the break down.
Learn to dance in the rain, because after there are queens to find!

Are you feeding them?
