You could run a heating cable around the test tube to help them develop faster. Do you have them in an air conditioned room? Took this really quick then placed Remus back into the dark, but the process of egg to worker has been slightly longer for my ant queens, because of temperature reasons. Hopefully they will develop into workers later on in the month, but only time will tell.
