Re: worker ID
Most likely I would say this is Lasius claviger. http://www.antweb.org/bigPicture.do?name=casent0103541&shot=p&number=1 Note the amount of hair in the gula area (the curve on the lower side of the head) as well as the uniform placement of hairs along the dorsum of the gaster.
On Lasius interjectus http://www.antwiki.org/wiki/Lasius_interjectus#mediaviewer/File:Wing_1968_Acanthomyops_fig_77-85.jpg by having more hairs in the gula area and hairs along the dorsum of the gaster will be staggered in neat rows.
A third possibility though less likely is Lasius latipes http://www.antweb.org/bigPicture.do?name=casent0005399&shot=p&number=1 which will have hair all over as L. claviger does but they should be noticeably longer in length.

Re: worker ID
thanks you guys.
got the species down to L.umbratus due to local and the shortness and lack of hair on her.

The eyes relative to the size of the head are a little tiny for an umbratus. I think they're L. claviger.
