I would lean towards Lasius claviger queens with these. I actually could be wrong though.

they are flying later in the year than i expected though. kinda cool.

Here in Georgia, I've been getting a lot of Crematogaster sp. very late in the year. They look similar to Camponotus but there are differences in how they look. The workers will definitely give you the answer. I've noticed that they are not fond of taking off their wings befor laying their first eggs. Patience is important for this species.
