Formica Rufa Queen? [Austria]

Hey so i just caught a queen today and im unsure if it's formica rufa.
She is about 1 cm long and pretty active.

Since formica rufa is classified as vulnerable on the red list in austria and a social parasite i don't plan to keep her and i will release her where i found her later today.
