Hey, I caught 4 queen ants and I wanna know what species they are. I got some idea in some of them but very little in others. Please check out my pics. Thank you
1: this first one measures about 10-11 mm and is very black and shiny (is it formica fusca??) I caught her yesterday (15-7)

2: this one is about 8-9 mm and is greyish/black, I think it might be lasius niger, but it is just a hypothesis. Caught the same day as the one above

3: i have no clue what the genus this queen ant belongs to, might it be tetramorium?? I have no idea. Anyway it measures 7 mm and is black. (Caught the 20th of June)

4: this last one I am pretty sure it is tapinoma erraticum, but take a look just to make sure. It is black colored, measures 5mm and was caught the 25th of june.

Re: Queen ant identification (Spain)
I think you are right about the first and second queen. My guess for the first would be Formica fusca.
The other two i have no idea about...
But there is no need to stress about them getting nanitics, judging by the size of their gasters they are all claustral species, so even if they get workers you don't need to do anything with them for a while
I'm still a beginner myself, so don't take everything i say for granted

First year of antkeeping, already enjoying it!
Currently founding:
Lasius niger
Lasius umbratus
Lasius flavus
Still hoping to find a Formica queen.
