I think it is tetramorium but I am also new to this, dont trust me much. Better to wait for the answer of a veteran

Better lighting and a measurement will be necessary to do a proper ID. Has the looks of Lasius aphidicolus, but again I can't see it very well.

I thought it was a tetramorium spe E also. but she has not laid eggs in first week. i am new to the hobby and she is my 2nd queen i have caught. i thought the 1st one was a tetra queen but they are differant. My 1st queen has workers alredy at the 1 month stage. i will try to upload better pics when i check on her again. thanks

Definitely not Tetramorium, looks like Formica fusca to me but I can't really tell here.
