Caught this queen ant please help me identify her and another ‏question if she's laying eggs that means that she is fertile from a male right?

No. An infertile Queen can still lay eggs just that they will become male drones!

But can someone please help me identify her???
By the way I caught her in a hot sunny day and she is approximately 6-8 mm long

Could you provide a location as to where you caught the queen please, it will help narrow down the species.
