Just waiting for the girl on the far left to decide to fly ;) but curious if my identifying is getting better.

Interesting behavioral note after days of watching they block their nest when stores open from around 8 am to 9 pm when most of the stores on this street are done for the day.they are most active at night

Oh she's about 2 mm to 4 it's difficult to see with her wings in the way. But the wings make her look atleast 4mm. Southern ontario

Yes, Tetramorium immigrans, although that winged one is a male.
