Id these queens please
Posted this else where and realized I was posting in the wrong place I am almost sure these girls are camponotus but would also like to know the subspecies if anyone does

Camponotus sp. I’ll need better pics to id. Also some measurements would help.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Hmm Ill have to figure out away to do that I dont really wanna bug them that much right now.. hard to take pictures of them as they are in a tube that isnt clear at all ill figure something out lol I have some clear tubing I could try to move one on of them maybe and measure and get clear pictures as she moves her brood Thank you for the help ill keep in touch I'll be gone for abit so ill post once I have the picturesTheRealAntMan wrote: ↑Thu Jul 12, 2018 10:48 pmCamponotus sp. Assuming they all have a thoroughly red thorax, that would most likely make them C. novaeboracensis.

Looked more likeCamponotus Ligniperdus, but I wanted to see closer pics, before I identified it.
