Okay sorry its been so long wasnt able to get a better picture but they are about 1.27 centimeters long or a half inch from head to abdomen, head is jet black same with abdomen, thorax is a dark red #400000 if you paste that in google it will show the color

An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.
