I caught these 2 queens today outside my work at about 10 PM

Black queens 10 mm

first one is Crematogaster sp. maybe Crematogaster cerasi.

Do you know if they're polygynous or not? they seem to be cuddling together for now, but I don't want them killing each other later.

Most are not. I would separate them to be on the safe side.
