Multiple Queens: Native? Invasive? Details needed.

Greetings, community.

I have been trying to get started in ant keeping for a while now and managed to catch several queens who survived the test tube setup. I aim to keep the one with pupae and want to sell the other two ones I have or possibly keep them as a backup, should my first queen die after all. The one with pupae I caught about a month ago, while the other two have been caught one week ago. I think the ant with the pupae might also be a different species to the other two.

I require as much information about these ants as possible to take good care of them. Its mostly important to me to find out if I caught native species or invasive ants, so i know wether to allow alates to escape next year or not.

For clarification, I live in Germany, Baden-Württemberg. I took a couple of photos as close up with a macro lense as I could. I hope the resolution is good enough to at least give a rough identification.

From what I can tell, they are all the same, but then there isn't any organization to differentiate one queen from another. ;)
