That is a bullet ant or Paraponera Clavata. Thank you for adding measurements.
Here is why it is a bullet ant:
It has horns on the first segment of the thorax
The waist of the ant also has a "horn" / sharp segment on it

Thanks, guys! It's most likely an Odontoponera. My first guess was bullet ant, too, but from what I've learned, bullet ants do bite and sting. This one doesn't. It's not aggressive at all and is often played with by little children.

I would caution that all ants from Ponerinae have stings, some of which can be pretty painful.
