I found her at around 1 pm and she is 9 mm long. The gaster seems too small for it to be a Lasius Niger. It might even be a male i have no idea. Sorry if the pics are bad i really cant take better ones with my phone.

That is a Camponotus Pennsylvanicus queen.

Formica is a possibility, although I would want to see better-lit pictures.
