Ant Queen Identification (Yes, again)

(I send this again as I have gotten varying answers that none can fully confirm what species she is)
If you have any questions, like how is the shape of her head, then ask me.

I catched this ant queen 1 week and 1 month ago. She has cacoons meaning she is not parasitic.
Her size is around 1 cm

Possible candidates:
-Formica Rufibarbis
-Formica Cunicarlia

There may be other candidates but the most popular answering have been these ones

Sadly, this kind of Formica won't be identified without enough detail to see the hairs on the body.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

Once her worker appear will I be able to?
Should I go and give a worker (once she has quite a lot) to a proffesional taxonomist?
