Our first Queen - ID Help please!

My son and I have been bitten by ant love and have been out daily for a month. We finally got what I believe is a Lasius Queen. But there are so many species and some are Socially parasitic. We really want a positive ID so we can release her if she's not a fully claustral species. She measures 10mm long and was caught today in Ohio. Photos are here ... https://imgur.com/a/hXRSRr4. I can try to get better photos if need be.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Now I am a fairly new ant keeper, but I’d identify that as a camponotus (possibly pennsylvanicus) or formica (possibly fusca)
However I would seek advice from some more experienced ant keepers first! Congrats on starting up an amazing hobby with you son that can teach him many great lessons! :D
Been ant keeping for 1 full year now and have 1 successful Tetramorium sp. E colony, 2 Lasius flavus queens, and 1 Lasius neoniger queen! Even though I’m fairly new, I’m passionate about the hobby and appreciate much advise!

Thanks so much for such a quick reply. We are having a blast so far. I had ruled out Camponotus because this little girl is smaller than the C. Penn. Majors we have around here. But it sure as heck could be a Formica species. :D
