Ant identification?

Hello I'm quite new to ant keeping and I found an alate but I'm not too sure if it's a male or female and what species it is. It also still has it's wings but I found it crawling around.

First of all, THATS AWESOME ON FINDING A QUEEN ANT! Great job! Second, could you post a photo, or send a link so I can see it? Third, did you find it near a nest of existing ants of the same species??? Fourth, what is the size of the ant? And fifth, it may still be a queen ant even though it has wings as long as it has mated, so don’t lose hope!

Here's a link to the pictures. I found it crawling around inside my room and the only ants near my house are pavement ants.
The size of it is approximately about .5-.6 of a centimeter

Hard to tell which kind of queen from the picture, but she is "fully" claustral.

I would say it looks like temnothorax curvispinosus but I'm in southern California so maybe it's non native?

There are different native species of Temnothorax in California. If I could get a closer picture of the queens mandible so I could see her teeth, there is a possibility of it being a Leptothorax.
