Hello I catch 1 Queen ant and an other Winged Ant. (both of them they got inside my house at night)
I would like to identified them what species they are and also if this one is a male or a female.
This is my theory i keep them like 30 minutes together and... the small one was trying to leave so or is a small queen or a different species of male from that queen and in improvised test tube now... its calm like you see in the picture. (its like double the size difference between them)
I'm totally new in growing ants.

First the Queen ant its medium size (for me)

Second unknown winged ant its small and looks like Ponera with a smaller head in the picture it looks bigger and the head too.

Ps. I will get later a better camera and from my country does not have test tubes in pharmacy stock sadly.

The first queen is barely visible and the second one looks more like Colobopsis truncata. There are no measurements either.
