Found a queen in Perth, WA pls ID

Hi I found a queen in Perth WA and it is nearly completely red in light but in the image it looks black. found in end of April. about 8mm long. idk if u can see but it only has 1 antenna.

If she is Pheidole, I don't think it would be doable to identify with photographs to the species in a diverse region like Australia. More pictures from different angles could at least pin the genus.
