I need an Identification on this species please and some care tips.

Lasius Niger : colony 30+ workers
Lasius Emarginatus:colony 10 workers
Solenopsis Fugax: 5 colonies 5+workers

i don't know but it would help for measurement

1 tapinoma sessile colony
!!And A CREMATOGASTER QUEEN!!

8mm?Are You Sure?Probably Camponotus...I Don't Know.Crack Open The Nest If You Want Them To Keep And Be Id'd W/Queen Its Much Easier.
