Can't Identify this Queen!

I caught this queen last year really late in the season (it went straight into hibernation) and has just started laying eggs. Ever since I've been trying to identify it with no luck. I have a suspicion that its lasius flavus but I'm not sure. I caught it on Long Island, New York.
I can't really remember what month I caught her but I thought I missed my chance to catch a queen. I've been feeding it honey just in case its is semi-claustral Any help is welcome! P.S Tell me if the picture doesn't work its my first time doing this

Either Formica, Lasius or Prenolepis imparis.

Prenolepis only fly from around Jan - May

The queen isn't semi-claustral so don't feed anymore honey.

So its not a Prenolepis imparis queen? It started becoming more active about 2 weeks ago which I'm pretty sure is early right? This is my first queen and I'm fairly new at this. I've just really been trying to identify it on location in the world and looks.

How can you tell if the queen is semi-claustral?Is there some distinct mark or shape on their bodies? It would really help me narrow down future species of ants I find. Still unsure of the species as well. But the workers have yet to hatch.

No, you just know based on the species. For instance, we know that all Camponotus ants are claustral. Therefore they're not semi-claustral. You know if the queen is semi-claustral or not by identifying her species. You have the whole internet at your disposal, so maybe you should do some research on this subject
