South Brisbane Queen I.D

just caught this queen after i got home, aswell as a bunch more iridomymex. she looks like a normal iridomymex from the top, but her underside is very yellow and that got me interested.

She still has her wings and i got no idea if she has mated since i caught here while i was running, but her underside was just such a nice colour i had to get her.

The underside.

Her in a test tube, maybe 8-10mm

Crematogaster.

Don't put your queen in the tubes until the interior has dried out a little.
