I need a Queen ID.(4)

I caught this queen last earlier this month and she hasn't shed her wings or laid any eggs but I would like an ID.

A Fully-Claustral Species.

Its only 8mm long, not nearly as big as my other camponotus queen so I don't think its a camponotus sp. Also I caught her in San Rafael, if that helps.

Also I just realized, it looks exactly like Batspiderfish's icon! I put the queen next to the picture on my screen and they look like the exact same ant! :shock: :o

Camponotus Species Comes In Various Sizes.
8 Millimeters Is Not Far From Stretch.

Not all American Camponotus are large, particularly queens of the Myrmentoma subgenus, which are close to 10mm.
