Could this be a Formica queen?

Does anyone know if this is a Formica queen? I found her trying to scurry along the pavement next to a flower garden right before a rain storm. As soon as I picked her up she started bending in half, messing with the tip of her abdomen. She did not have wings when I found her. I live in NW Ohio.

not lasius. Formica.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
