It could be a spider ant or a yellow crazy ant but it does not look like a queen. Have a look at antmaps.org they can show you what ants live in your area.

-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)

I found her on my dining room table 2 days ago. she is full of energy and has already displaced intelligence

She looks like Camponotus festinatus.
