help me! I don't know what this is! lol
I just found this earlier today (July 28, 2017) its pretty small but not REALLY small
took LOTS of pics lol, I have 3 more of these ?queens?
could someone tell me what species this is, and if its even a queen at all
color: black
size: 7.5mm - 10mm

It is a queen. I think it's lasius, but batspiderfish can confirm.
