Need help with ID of queen ants

Here are some more pictures of the queen.
The most noticeable feature to me is that she has three yellowish colored rings on her abdomen, the first worker also just enclosed seconds after I took this picture and also has the rings

She looks like either a dark Camponotus chromaiodes or C. pennsylvanicus. The images are still really dark.
