Ant queen identifiication

Hi everyone,
I collected two queen ants around a week ago. I currently have them in a test tube setup. I was hoping that someone could identify them for me. I believe them to be either Black garden ants or Yellow meadow ants. The have laid their first batch of eggs and i was also wondering should i move them once they hatch or should i wait longer?
Thanks for all your help,
