Queen ID - Milan, Italy - 07/12/2017

Hey guys, a couple of days ago I found 8 of these queens in a park near my house.
They are about 8 mm long. Can you help me identify them? I live in Milan, northern Italy. I hope this picture is good enough.

Thanks! I know the picture is not great...I think it might be Lasius emarginatus, but I am a total newbie. Do you know an easy way to tell Lasius and Formica apart? Here is another photo.
