What is the best way to move your queen into a new test tube?

About 3 weeks ago I caught a queen and put her in a test tube setup and waited until now to check up on her. The water is almost completely evaporated and it is time to move her to a new test tube with full water. She already started laying her first dozen or so eggs and I can't just tap her into another test tube. I had already tried connecting the tube and leaving one in the light, and one in the dark for 3-4 hours hoping that she will move to the darker area (since they do not like bright lights), but nothing worked.
So I'm just wondering what else might work

Thanks!

You have to be more patient!!!! I've moved several Queens between test tubes using the same method and it usually takes the queen 3 to 5 days move. With workers, it can be faster.
