what species are these queens

I found them both in sweden east of the Vättern lake near Sommen
both at an old Three stump
after putting them into test tubes they tried to pull out the Cotton fibers
after a few days they stopped that

The first queen: 16mm length

i hope you can say me at least if ist claustral or semiclaustral.

I found them on July 24th

My guess would be Camponotus sp.
